If you would like to return your product for a refund, within 10 days of receipt, please follow the steps below. Please note that a refund will only be issued if the product from the order is in the same condition as received (in its original shrink wrap), and was initiated within 10 days of receipt.
To return items for a refund, please ship according to these directions. Liberty Skis is not responsible for items shipped back but never received due to either shipping to the wrong address or lost packages in transit:
Returns must include a note with your name, email address, phone number and order number. Returns missing this information will not be processed.
