I love my poles. I’ve had them since 2021. Never worry about them bending or the moving parts breaking. Really sturdy alloy while still being light weight. Easy to adjust on the fly.
I recently ran into a small issue. The basket on one of my poles came off on my last ski trip, lost in the wilderness somewhere. I emailed the company asking for the part number to order a replacement. Instead, they just shipped me out a new pair of baskets. No cost. No hassle. Amazing customer service!
